Manya is the daughter of Omprakash, an auto-rickshaw driver, and Manorama Devi, who owns a barbershop and a tailor store. She has a younger brother named Aman Singh.
As far as her education is concerned, Manya attended and graduated from S.M. Lohia High School in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Following her completion of high school, she was accepted into the Thakur College of Science and Commerce in Kandivali, Mumbai, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance.
