Charlie Rose is an American television journalist and former talk show host, probably best known for Charlie Rose on PBS and Bloomberg LP, a talk show he hosted and executive produced from 1991 to 2017. Besides he has been a part of several TV shows like CBS This Morning, 60 Minutes, and CBS Evening News. He was fired from the CBS network in November 2017 after he was accused of several sexual harassment allegations during his time there.

Rose attended Henderson High School, in his hometown, where he was a basketball player in his school team. He received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Duke University in 1964.
He also secured a Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law in 1968.
