Diet and Workout Plan
Post giving birth to her first baby back in October last year, Candice still manages to be in great shape and this is what she does. She uses to wake up early and her day started with coffee and showering. She says that her breakfast depends on her mood which would be her favorite smoothie which she discovered over the years. Sometimes, she would go with eggs and toast or make a grilled cheese for breakfast.
“I don’t like to restrict myself from certain foods that I want or kill myself at the gym. It’s really what’s comfortable for my body at the time and what’s best at that moment,” reports Thecut.
She prefers to work out at night as she keeps herself busy in the day with her baby and schedules. She does her own kind of Yoga, a mix of some Pilates and squat resistance stuff along with some music which makes her calm. Swanepoel uses a green tea cleanser and retinol as part of her skincare routine. “I cleanse, tone, moisturize, and then do an eye cream religiously, twice a day,” she said. What she won’t say is the special moisturizer that her facialist gave her — “it’s a secret.”
