Wendy Williams was revealed to be rushed to a hospital for mental health check-up

American celebrity Wendy Williams was reported to have been taken to a hospital earlier this week for a mental health check, according to the Sun.

A source from the NYPD confirmed to media outlets on Thursday that a call was received on their end at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday asking for an ambulance to transport a 57-year-old woman living at Williams’ Manhattan address for a psychiatric checkup. The woman was then transported to Beth Israel Hospital, according to the source and nz online casinos.

The Sun, however, claimed that the mysterious woman was Willams, while the rep for Williams avoided all requests for comment following that report from the Sun.

A source went on to tell Page Six – amid the reports of Williams’ mental health check – that the 57-year-old media personality is lonely and continues to struggle with her health.

“It has been a very difficult time for Wendy. She’s a single woman with very few friends. She lost her marriage, her mom, and is living alone,” the source said.

“There is a lot on her plate.”

The return for the new season of Wendy Williams’ tv show was postponed to October 4th from its previous premiere date of September 20. Insiders reported that the staff of the show, itself, are only learning of the news and reports from Instagram like everybody else.

A source from the Sun said via real money casino: “The staff has been back for weeks now anticipating to have the show return at the end of the month.

“Now with it pushed back, the staff is freaking out and becoming increasingly concerned and it doesn’t help that information isn’t being shared internally.

“Everyone is finding out what is happening in the news like everyone else.”

Her hospitalization came one day before it was announced that Williams came out positive for a “breakthrough case of Covid-19” while she continues to evaluate her health.

The Wendy Williams Show host skipped promotional duties due to her ongoing health issues last week. Williams had previously talked about many of her health issues during her daytime series, which included her struggle with Graves’ disease and substance abuse, with the latter having got her in rehab back in 2019.

Following the announcement made by the show that she’ll be skipper her promotional activities, many became skeptical if the “Think Like A Man” actress will be able to make it in time for the premiere.

A Williams source said: “People are tight-lipped about it, but there are whispers that she won’t be there.”

Wendy Williams herself is yet to release an official statement regarding her health updates that have happened in the last few weeks.
